Pedestrian injured in while crossing in a marked crosswalk

On November 17th, 2022, White Rock RCMP along with White Rock Fire and BC Emergency Health Services attended to the 14200 block of North Bluff for an adult female who was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street in a marked crosswalk.

The driver of the vehicle that struck her stopped and remained on scene while witnesses provided first aid to the victim while awaiting first responders.

Speed and impaired operation of a motor vehicle have been ruled out.

The victim was transported to hospital by BC EHS with non life threatening injuries.
